Bare Metal Hardware
VirtualMetric uses the management agents of manufacturers to monitor hardware health and to collect hardware inventory. If a management agent is not installed on the monitored server, then VirtualMetric uses the IPMI protocol and Microsoft Providers to infer hardware health. You can find the required management agents for the supported manufacturers in this section.
