Connectivity Issues

Sometimes, you may have issues with your server. You can see these issues on Last Connectivity column. This column display the error while the Message column will display any recent problems or issues related to server connectivity.

To see more information about this issue, you should make Message column visible. Click to Show/Hide Columns button on the right top area.

Click to Message button to enable it.

You will see more information about connectivity issue.

Common issues and explanations:

  • No API Connectivity: Target server can not reach to VirtualMetric API. Please check your firewall and proxy configuration.

  • Collector Failed: An error occurred when VirtualMetric collects performance counters. Make sure that you have enough memory on target server. Please read Message column for more information.

  • Login Failed: VirtualMetric can not login to remote server. Please read Message column for more information.

  • Unsupported Config: A software requirement is missing. Please read Message column for more information.
