1\. Enter a **Trigger name**. This is just a friendly name for Trigger. Giving a unique name is not a requirement. You will not use this name in VirtualMetric Trigger configuration.

2\. Select **Visibility** from your organization list.

3\. Add a **description**. Description for the VirtualMetric Trigger. This is an extra explanation area for Trigger. You will not use this name description in VirtualMetric Trigger configuration.

4\. If you make status **Disabled**, then the VirtualMetric Trigger will not monitor new servers. However old VirtualMetric Trigger connections will remain active. You can change Trigger status to **Active/Disabled** anytime.
