# Enable Debug

In some cases, VirtualMetric support request from you to enable Trigger Debug. Trigger Debug enables to write informational debug logs on **System Logs** for troubleshooting.

1\.     Click to **System** on the left pane, and click on **Advance Settings** tab.

2\.     Search for **Trigger** and click on **Edit** button for **VirtualMetric Trigger Debugging.**

3\.     Select **Active** and click on **Submit** button to apply changes.
