Enable Debug
In some cases, VirtualMetric support request from you to enable Trigger Debug. Trigger Debug enables to write informational debug logs on System Logs for troubleshooting.
1. Click to System on the left pane, and click on Advance Settings tab.
2. Search for Trigger and click on Edit button for VirtualMetric Trigger Debugging.
3. Select Active and click on Submit button to apply changes.
