# Module Defaults

After configuring log definitions, you can use Module Defaults to assign these definitions to VirtualMetric Modules. VirtualMetric Collector will use these settings to collect logs. The Module Defaults screen shows the module names, system definitions, custom detentions, etc. You can modify system definitions and custom definitions.
