# System Logs

If you enable debug for Server, Clusters and Managers; VirtualMetric writes informational debug logs on System Logs for product troubleshooting. Please do not enable Debug option unless VirtualMetric Support requires it.

## **Export Logs**

VirtualMetric support may request for you to export System Logs for product troubleshooting. To export System Logs, please navigate to System Logs window

1\.      Click to **Export** button on the right top menu.

2\.      Click to **Export** button to confirm.

3\.      Your browser will download System Logs. You can send this log file to VirtualMetric Support.

## **Clear Logs**

After sending system logs to VirtualMetric Support, you may want to clear system logs. To clear System Logs, please navigate to System Logs window

1\.      Click to Delete button on the right top menu.

2\.      Click to **Clear** button to confirm.

3\.      VirtualMetric will remove all logs from the system.
