Device Permission

If you create an API user account with User role, then you must assign device permissions to allow monitoring.

1. To edit device permissions, click on Device Permissions button.

2. Select the type of device.

3. Choose the devices you want from the Available field, then click ">>" to move it to the Selected field and then click the Submit button. Now the device will be assigned to that user group. To remove an enabled device, click on the device, and then click the "<<" button. Available and Selected areas can be filtered.

4. Click the SAVE AND CLOSE to apply changes.

Notice that device permissions button is only active for accounts with User role. Accounts with Admin role has full permissions on device, so no need to set permissions.
